Community Service
CES participates in an ongoing effort to make baby quilts for the Tiny Stitches charity. These quilts go to newborns in North Georgia along with a care package. Quilts can be made and turned in to Jessica Page at any time and all donations are greatly appreciated. Tiny Stitches quilts must be a minimum of 36 x 45 inches.
If you do not make the minimum size, we will not be able to use the quilt for Tiny Stitches. CES also participates in an ongoing effort to make newborn to juvenile quilts for CASA of Forsyth County. These quilts go to children that are removed from the home environment to give comfort. CASA needs small baby quilts all the way up to larger quilts for children through age 18. These quilts can be given TO WHOM?? at any meeting.
We also have the ConnKerr Cancer charity where we are making pillowcases for children with cancer.
If you have ideas for another community service project you would like to see the guild participate in, fill out a Community Service Form and submit it to Jessica Page for consideration by the board. GET THE FORM TO PUT HERE
